Managing Partner
Juliet Y. Bailey
Juliet Y. Bailey is Managing Partner par excellence. She read for her Bachelor of Laws degree at De Montfort University, Leicester, England and her Master of Laws in Environmental Law, Intellectual Property and Development Law at the University of Aberdeen in Scottland. She has been a member of the private bar in excess of twenty-five (25) years.
Her areas of expertise are Property Development, Conveyancing, Probate, Estate Planning, and Family Law.
Her intellect, scholarship, humanity, and humility are legendary. Service is always accompanied with a smile, providing clear and jargon-free legal advice.
Jason C. Mitchell
Partner
Jason C. Mitchell is a spirited and driven Attorney-at-Law with over six (6) years of experience in the legal field. He graduated from the University of the West Indies with a Bachelor of Laws degree (with Honors) and later went on to obtain his Legal Education Certificate from the Norman Manley Law School.
Jason co-founded the firm in 2018 as Partner. He currently specializes in simple and complex matters in the areas of Conveyancing, Personal Injury, Intellectual Property, Divorce and Property Development.
Kenesha Harnett
Paralegal & Office Manager
Kenesha Harnett joined our firm in July 2019 having acquired a wealth of experience over the years. The practice areas she currently specializes in are Divorce, Conveyancing, Estate Management, and Intellectual Property Law.
Phoebe Harris (CPS)
Senior Paralegal
Phoebe Harris joined the firm in May 2023 as a Senior Paralegal. She brings to the firm years of experience with a wealth of knowledge having worked with several law firms across the island in the fields of Incorporation of Companies, Trademark Applications and Divorce.
Mrs. Harris obtained her formal training at the B&B Institute, Certified Professional Secretary (CPS) University of Technology - Paralegal Studies and Real Estate Dealers Course, The Jamaican Institute of Management - Securities Course and the University College of the Caribbean, Supervisory Management.
Tanice Townsend
Paralegal
Tanice Townsend holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Criminology from the University of the West Indies. She is also currently pursuing Paralegal Certification at the Institute of Law and Economics and is expected to complete in April 2024.
Tanice joined the firm in May of 2023 and currently practices in the areas of Personal Injury, Intellectual Property Law, and Divorce. Her skills include legal writing and client communication. She brings to the firm experience from working in the Commercial Division of the Supreme Court, as well as creative design skills, attention to detail and analytical skills.
Vivienne Clarke
Clerk & Ancillary Personnel
Miss Vivienne Clarke joined our staff in 2020 and is our liaison personnel who facilitates a close working relationship with other law firms and the various government agencies i.e. the Supreme Court, Stamp Office, National Land Agency, and the Companies Office of Jamaica.
